When our family decided to take the plunge and buy a new house, I was very apprehensive given the marketplace and not having the knowledge of market values, short sales, repo, regular, etc. I met with Kelli and was immediately relieved given her in depth knowledge of the marketplace and her continued commitment to enhance her knowledge on the day to day changes that government/banks were putting into practice.

Our new house is more than we could have ever hoped for. Kelli worked on getting us an unbelievable deal by thinking outside the box and we couldn’t be more happy. Our house is more than we could have hoped for and had everything we wanted and then some. At my request, I knew when we walked into this house that it was a bit over our budget, but knew immediately that I wanted this house. Kelli got us our dream house, within our budget, and while dealing with a difficult situation with the buyers of our house.
