Convenience Shopping at its Finest

By

The Delaware County, Pennsylvania Real Estate Market is blessed with many unique and highly desireable features.  One of those is the presence of Swiss Farms Stores.

Swiss Farms is to grocery shopping what the ATM is to banking.

You simply drive up to the service area, roll down your window, tell the friendly attendant what you need, and they bring it right to your car.  You sit.

Faster than You can listen to the traffic report on KYW News Radio the attendant is handing you your order.  You hand them your payment (cash or credit card, and you are on your way.)  To make things even easier for you, they provide you with an easy-to-use checklist, which you can prepare ahead of time and simply hand it to the attendant, eliminating the posibility of forgeting the pint of sour cream your spouse wanted for making beef stroganoff)

Currently there are 10 Swiss Farms locations throughout Delaware County, with an 11th coming soon.  There is also a newly opened location in Lionville, Chester County.

Brookhaven, Broomall, Folsom, Havertown, Rose Tree, Sharon Hill, Springfield, Swarthmore, Drexel Hill, and Upper Darby all have these wonderfully convenient stores.

If you are considering purchasing a home in one of the neighborhoods near a Swiss Farms store, you won't have to worry about running out of eggs or milk for that cake you are baking for the party tommorrow.  They are open Daily from 6am to 10pm.  The one down the road from me has saved me an untold number of hours walking the aisles of the local super-duper-mega-we-stock-every-national-brand-item-market.

Hey, I want one of those in Lehigh County.  Can you put that on your shopping list for me?  Oh nd the money I would save having some one else do my shopping (I wont see something and say "oh, I could use this")

John, you have my permission to use that phrase, presuming you provide a link to this blog the first 5 times you use it, ok?  ;)

Ann, if you look at their website, they do have a link for franchise opportunities.  They are working on a franchise program to expand nation-wide.  Maybe one will come to you sooner than you think!
