I must say I am so excited for my first time buyers who finally got a offer accepted on a property they love! This client has placed 9 offers since January 2012 and they finally received an acceptance.
The offers they were placing were good offers not low ball offers...most were full price and asking for 3 percent closing cost. However every time they made and offer it came back multiple offers requesting highest and best.
I know they wanted to throw in the towel, but we talked through the frustration and I educated them on current market conditions in the Snellville area of Gwinnett county. With a clear understand of what was happening in the market and a great offer they are now under contract!
They are excited and so am I. Now we will prepare for the home inspection and making sure they have all the required documentation in place for the loan officer so we can have a successful closing.
