Wishing ActiveRain, its Members and visitors a Happy New Year

As the count down is nearing down I have to wish all of you dedicated members ( and you know whom you are and there are many!) a strong, inspiring and successful New Year. Lets not forget our many visitors and the public at large who are part of our extended family and are the reason why ActiveRain is. I am sending this slide of the Gulf Of Mexico, Fort Myers Beach which are fragments of the heart of the island. I am also thanking Activerain for pushing the enveloppe always further, always searching to improve its format with Localism.com among others, raising the bar of Real Estate bloging and offering me many opportunities to promote my area of South West Florida and my listings, learn from so many astute members and visitors and providing me with real clients through this exciting period, full of opportunities for buyers and often rough times for sellers who are facing a challenging market.( to say the least!) And of course I raise my glass to my friends! South West Florida has a lot to offer and we all know that Fort Myers, Cape Coral , Sanibel, Bonita Springs and Naples among others will not have such incredible deals for ever! The time is ripe for buyers. We are now near 63,000 strong and the sky is the limit. Not simply in the numbers of members but in how we use ActiveRain. Let it Rain!
