REvolution Basic is the FREE new upgrade for Agents and Real Estate Professionals – a direct result of valuable feedback from Agents. Equator has incorporated the features Agents asked for, as well as additional features, such as enhanced search, to simplify Agents’ lives.
Property searches on Equator have been dramatically improved with REvolution Basic. Agents can now search for properties dynamically from the My Properties and Place Offers pages, reducing load times as results are displayed while typing. If you type in a partial property address, it will display a list of all properties with matching data. Agents can select from ten to one hundred results per page and can export search results to excel for easy record keeping. You can search for all properties from a particular lender, then print out the results for office records.
Upgraded search grids, along with the ability to export searches to excel or other formats helps Agents track properties for compliance and records keeping.
