Let's Stop The Insanity and The Catering to People With Over Sensitive Sensibilities

Debbie ~ those PC folks out there are taking the fun and joy out of simple things.  They need to get some thicker skin and R-E-L-A-X!  That sign was very clever and not only did it make me smile, but it did remind me to "wet" my plants!  I hope they don't let the minority ruin their sense of humor .  My question is, how can such a small minority of people rule the way everyone acts?!  Shame on them!

No matter what is done, somebody will complain.  Let's hope that those people do not become our clients.

Debbie people like that can kiss my begonias!! Folks take things too seriously anymore. I have a sign like that and put things on it and we had a lady complain about a religious message one time and she well aren't you going to remove it and I said why hell no and she said WHY aren't afraid of running off non religious people and my reply is as in life, I stop caring about what people thought when I found out there was no Santa Claus. I own it and I will put what I want on it.

Very cute and smart. You can't please 100% of the people all of the time so why bother?

One of my very dear friends has an issue with the words having to do with food or gas exiting the body, in either direction or in any form.  She grew up with 5 sisters. I had 2 brothers and no siste-doo" and she said "Oh Cathy, we don't say 'that word' around here." My non-politically correct response, "Okay coool, then I'll say crap!" That settled that.  (Not recommended because it caused some other disucssion but I didn't feel I needed to be sensored by another adult when using G rated words).

I love it and think it is hilarious... my goodness... get a sense of humor people!!

Debbie, I think that's hilarious and am definitely not offended.  I think it's great advertising - certainly something people will talk about.

How funny....though I first read "Wet my pants." I made me do a double take.  That was a very creative sign.  But, unfortunately, it doesn't surprise me that the owners got complaints.  Some people don't have a very good sense of humor and we are in a world where it is important to be "politically correct" and have to try to go to extra-ordinary measures to avoid offending anyone.
