I am now with Coldwell Banker and we have some great services including Homeowner Warranties for appliances and systems in the home.
I am curious to how many agents are using them regularly and how well received they are by buyers and sellers?

Hi Kevin! I do use them and have mixed reviews. I personally have Old Republic Home Protection on my home and have been relatively happy with them but have clients who have not had the best experiences. I think the warranties are good overall but you need to make sure you understand what is covered.
