Video Marketing: I’m Conflicted.
I am not sold on the idea of video tours. Photos are my thing. I ran across this article with the pros of video marketing and I thought I would put it out there to see what your opinions are!
Videos eliminate uncertainty. Still shots will always leave a corner out, the layout is not evident, and the flow of movement through the space cannot be captured. Video mends this? Share what you think!
I've resisted simply because my rental properties rent FAST and I'd rather have the photos and the floor plan of the home....floor plans are the KEY

I would rather see professional photos in a well put together slide show than a shaky, poor scripted video. Both serve a purpose, so whichever one is getting you the results you are after with the effort you are willing to put forth is the one you should stick with.
