I am excited for my wonderful first time home buyers! This morning we closed on this beautiful home located at 120 Royal Oaks in the Forest Hills subdivision in Huntsville.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage, was listed with Pam Markham of Markham Realty and Pam has been a joy to work with.
The seller's of this home have another closing today on the home that they are purchasing. Because of this, the buyers and sellers were gracious and worked out a fair arrangement for the sellers to have a few days after closing to get moved.
So... Sunday evening I plan on being at 120 Royal Oaks when my buyers walk in to their very own home. Stay tuned for the pictures of Stephan carrying Shannon over the threshold! ;)
This was one of those closings that was pure joy. We had excited, HaPpY... buyers AND sellers. ☺
