Fantastic Idea!

Real Estate Agent with Ask Cathy Marketing Group with Keller Williams

Well, leave it to Martha Stewart... this is a great idea!  caulk under rug

I have area rugs and they always move around and then the rubber thingy that's supposed to make them not move around pops out from time to time and I have to "re-situate" the whole thing.  I just made up that "re-situate" word, by the way.

Look at this!

You just put the acrylic-latex caulk on the back of the rug and then LET IT DRY!  You have a non-slip rug for, what... $2.00.
Got this off my friend Danielle's Pinterest page.  Just had to share!

Thanks Cathy,  I like that.  We have cement floors with a lot of area rugs.  That's gonna be my next project.

Leave it to Martha is right.  I wonder if she comes up with this stuff on her own or if she has a whole R&D staff.  Well, doesn't matter.  It's worth a try.  Wonder if it works on a rug that is over carpet.
