Using Every Tool Available To Me
As a “Terminator” (Cyberdyne Model 800 Cyborg), assembled in 2040, I was sent back in time to protect my Masters (Real Estate Clients), I am compelled to do the following:
- · Time is of the Essence: My circuits become agitated at unnecessary delays
- · Fiduciary: A difficult concept for many Masters, this is hard-wired into my CPU Module
- · Obey: Follow any instructions from my Masters (Clients)
- · Research: Since I never sleep, I constantly survey my market
o Ditto, since I never eat
- · Disclose: Anything that is material to the value of a property
o My programming prevents me from being untruthful
- · Document: One of my instruction sets is the “four corners” rule.
o Since I have a photographic memory, I never forget to include every detail in a contract
Though there are likely more modern, stronger, and dangerous T-1000 Cyborgs among us, I use every tool available to me to protect and enhance the interests of my Masters.
ONCE I ACCEPT A MISSION, I CANNOT BE STOPPED.
