The Enchanted Oaks II Subdivision is located off of Sandy Run Road in Bonaire Georgia. This well established community consists primarily of one and two-story brick, stucco, vinyl, and wood homes.

A snapshot of the housing market in this community reveals no homes sold in this Bonaire subdivision in 2011 or so far in 2012. Currently, 1 home in Enchanted Oaks II is listed on the market.

The Enchanted Oaks II Subdivision is conveniently located near golfing, shopping, restaurants, and 20 minutes from Robins Air Force Base.

Good morning Anita,

Enchanted Oaks has a great variety of architecture an appears to be a subdivision with very little movement. Wow no homes sold in the last year and a half! I guess a buyer could wait a long time for a home to come on market in Enchanted Oaks! You have a handle on all the communities so can offer plenty of choices which is why someone looking to buy in Bonaire GA needs to call Anita Clark!
