Homes Sale in Lancaster, PA - Good News for Buyers and Sellers April 2012

Homes Sale in Lancaster, PA and it is good news for buyers and sellers of real estate. Friday, I was able to help a client, Lindsey sale her home located at 312 N Arch Street in Lancaster City. We were able to close her home for a price of $80,000.

We then hustled over to the next settlement. Lindsey was able to purchase a very nice semi-detached home in Hamilton Park area of Lancaster Township. She purchased 1213 Elm Avenue, a 3 bedroom and 1 bath home, which also includes a one car garage.

It was an exciting day and a highlight for me was the listing agent, Jodi, is a member of the Joy Daniels Group. Many will recognize Joy as a regular contributor here on Active Rain. We had our own AR meet up.
