Prospect CT-Real Estate Market Report for February 2012 As we prepare to enter the spring selling season in Prospect CT, roughly a third of the active inventory is under deposit, at average asking prices that suggest that the market here is headed toward a significant upswing. What’s even better news is that both compared to last month and last year, average sale prices are well over 20%, with relatively stable volume of sales. Prospect potential sellers should keep an eye on the market trends in the months ahead to see if this is the best time in years to put your home on the market.
