Need Leads? I'm Giving Them Away Today!!

I don't understand.  I read that post this a.m. but now I can't find it.  I see Katerina's post about leads, but that's not the one I remember. 

I wonder if it was deleted???  If so, I wonder why.

Oh well.

I was speaking with an AR member yesterday or Friday about videos.  She was surprised to hear me say that I hate video.  No matter. 

I told her I didn't even own speakers until I wanted to watch Blogging Bertha.  I sent her the links and she's having a ball with Good Ole Bertha.

Bertha is a true classic.

And it's good to see your hairline is doing quite well these days, Bryant:)

Funny how that is still so true. I barely recognize the old you; not sure if it is the shirt you wore in the video or the change in the jawline.

I remember Bertha and that video and today I still refuse to pay for leads and nothing is going to get me to change my mind on that! I'll pay a referral fee, but I won't pay up front for one.

Love the video!  I had actually just read the blog you were referencing before seeing this.  I can't for the life of me imagine paying anyone for leads.  It's such a scam.  

Funny and true.  I get calls from Zillow at least once per week for probably the last 6 months.  Every time I see that 206 are code on my phone I send it straight to voice mail hell.

OMG...that is such a great deal. All the phone numbers in the phone book. Are you giving all the leads away??? 

I use to buy lead...but no MORE.

I get calls and emails for the same BS everyday it seems. I tell them all the same thing all I really need is more quality staff to help get through all the leads we have and that usually ends the call

If I had a dollar for every company who tried to sell me leads, I wouldn't have to work. Where do these people come from, and why are they making money. Do we have that many foolish realtors?

Oh Bryant - YOU should be the star of your own movie!!!  Yes, like most "new" agents, I fell into that trap, but now I've learned that buying leads is for lazy agents with more money than ambition. 

Too funny.  Of course the acting is pretty good, too!

Just saw your video! FUNNY!! Sad thing is, there is alot of that going on out there...  I just add the phone numbers to my BOGUS call file... When the call comes in, I see a picture of Mickey and his "bird"...
