Got the funniest email this morning from those fricken buyers we love…“Loved the fricken blog! The weekend ended up great for us albeit plenty stressful. Just a side note I will never, I repeat never close on a Friday ever again!!!!”

I didn’t have the heart to tell him how often WE’VE said those very same words!

Bob also said “One of your blogger friends said they wanted a picture of the house I will send you my fav.”. Here’s Bob’s photo of his and Kathy's very cool new house in Franklin, NC…I had to get it framed for them ;-D

So, Mona~  Love the HOUSE--hate the COUCH!  Hopefully that doesn't go with them to the new place. Hysterical people, and I had to go back one blogpost to get some idea of what you were talkin' about. Man, I've missed ALOT lately!

Gayle, Bob loves the house AND the sofa.  They are hysterical people and when I visit next I'll get a better photo of the sofa...and Kathy!  You have missed  a lot lately, lol.

Gary, I never used the word fricken before and still don't really...Bob uses it a lot and it sort of is catchy!

Karen, they have one cat and one dog...guess I need to get them some more critters.

No closings on Friday! I know that feeling, I have been scheduling all the closings for Tuesday so the buyer's lender is ready to close on  Wednesday or Thursday :)

Well, since the fricken thing didn't officially close till this morning, (in spite of the herculean efforts of the lawyer, the local lender, the para legals, the steller Gersky-Rojohn team, and even the office manager, who graciously welcomed Autumn the cat to her office while we were all scrambling around), does it really qualify for a Friday closing?
