Previewing Properties Is Valuable, And Can Be Fun!

My Other Car

I drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee, V-8, with four-wheel drive. It is nice and comfortable for my clients, and still can get off-road, around Sierra Vista, for showing land… a favorite of mine.

My other car is shown above. Since it has only one seat, it is not suitable for showings. But, if I need to preview a property, I can get there in 3.9 seconds! With an eight thousand (Yep - 8,000) horsepower, nitro methane burning, controlled explosion, motor pushing me along, I can move out smartly.

Of course, it is better if the property I’m previewing is in a straight line from my office, because my other car doesn’t make turns well.

Then, I’m lucky not to get a speeding ticket, for exceeding 300 miles-per-hour, in a 30-mile zone.

Since it costs me $6,000.00 to rebuild (at least replacing all the pistons, rings, connecting rods, and crankshaft bearings,) after every preview, it’s probably not cost effective. But: Wow! Is it ever fun!

So… I’m stuck with previewing properties; land and residential, in my Jeep.

But, that’s OK. Previewing properties is the most important thing I do.

Do you preview EVERY property… or, are you just as shocked as your buyer when you both see it for the first time?

(I don’t actually drive a car like that, anymore. That was for when I was young… and dumb. But: Wow! Was it ever fun!)
