Fullerton homes for Sale inventory at low level

It is hard to imagine, but inventory of homes for sale in Fullerton California has gone down.  Even though we were at all time lows before; today we are even lower - really hard to fathom.  We suspect that this is due to the (relative) shortage of "move up Buyers"  -- the ones who want to buy a better or bigger home and place their existing home on the market for sale.  We also believe that "fear" of job insecurity is the dominate issue underlying this situation. Hopefully when the economy picks up some more, this situation will correct itsself.  Fullerton Real Etate is still high on the demand list.
