Make it inviting… Literally!
- Place a large pot of flowers on each side of the front door.
- Keep the grass trimmed and the yard free of clutter.
- Make sure those front windows sparkle.
- Does the trim need a new coat of paint?
- Find a few brightly colored pillows for the bed or sofa.
- Add throw rugs for accent
- Use light or bright colors
- Kitchens & Baths must be sparkling
- Buy new towels, put them out each day before you leave.
- Keep that toilet lid CLOSED… please
- De-Clutter
