I represented buyers who purchased a home in Sun City Grand. The seller was moving closer to her daughter. My buyers were referred to me by another Sun City Grand client.

My buyers attended the home inspection as with the seller. The seller was a doll! She likes to munch on Doritos at night, watches TV until dawn, and sleeps until early afternoon - a lifestyle of a queen! She shared her life with us as though we were family. We learned about her grandchildren and her travels. Even the home inspector fell in love with this beautiful warm-spirited person.

At the final walk-through, my buyers surprised the seller with a going away gift, an orchid plant. The seller was elated. I'm sure that the seller never thought that my buyers would have been so thoughtful to bring her a gift.

This week Gary and Sara became new Sun City Grand homeowners. Even I received a gift from them. Thank you for my fresh floral arrangement, I appreciate your kindness.

It is nice to work with considerate caring clients. They must be really nice people to appreciate your hard work and to also think of the sellers. I had a listing last year where the sellers were out of town and sent gift to me and to the buyers.
