I see that the price of homes in the Isles Wellington goes from $300,000 to 900,000 a large spread of prices.

Michelle, It looks like the Isles at Wellington is a stable community with the same amount of sale and under contract as last month and the neighborhood looks like it has prices for many different budgets!
