The average waterfront home on Lake Wenatchee, Icicle Creek, the Chiwawa and Wenatchee Rivers sold for $670,000. No homes sold on Fish Lake. The average non-waterfront home sold for $337,000. Within the city limits of Leavenworth, the average home price was $275,000.
How does this compare to 2005? Prices have gone up nearly 15% from an average price of $317,000. While things have been cooling in other parts of the country, we continue to have solid growth here in Central Washington.
