1 ODDS AN ENDS Recently with fear and trepidation of being overwhelmed I posted a referral. I have a buyer looking to buy a Condo in the Atlanta area. This would be a co-brokered deal. I think there may be 4 other buyers in this Condo market right now so I thought i would get slammed with responses. But I got none. Then I figured I posted it wrong so I reposted it. Still nothing! I am not sure what I am doing wrong or maybe the Atlanta Condo market turned around when I wasn't looking. But anyway anyone reading this please look at my referral. Don't make me work !!!
2 It's too Late. It's too late to try and figure out where you may have gone wrong in 2007. It's too late to change your 2007 plan. It is a little, bordering on too late, to be working on your 2008 plan. It's too late to call prospective buyers and sellers and wish them a Happy Holiday. It is not too late to find a designated driver for this evening. It is not too late to forget all about real estate for one evening and have a great Happy New Year !!!
