I am looking for an Investor/lender that will do a refi on an existing Bottled Water facility in the US Virgin Islands! Loan amount is approx $2.7mm against Real Estate appraised (Dec 07) $3.5mm+
Loan proceeds to pay off existing bank loans, taxes, purchase of new equip & trucks to improve existing operation.
If there is an interest or you know of a source for funding PLEASE give me a holler!
