That's my goal, to offer you an experience that is the least stressing as possible. I will walk you through each step, keep you appraised of deadlines that are on the horizon, and watch out for your best interests at all times.
If you are selling a home, I will inform you of all showings. I will let you know what I find out when I make my follow-up calls to the realtors who show your home. I will give you some clues as to what minimal repairs you could make to increase your home's value, if you would like. I will host a caravan for my office, so that all the realtors I work with will have seen your home, and be able to answer queries intelligently. I will host a Broker's Open, so that other realtors will come to see your home, & I will feed them well, to offer another incentive for them to walk through your home. I will hold Open Houses. Think about it, if you didn't know a realtor, how difficult is it to call a stranger to ask them to show you a home?
And then, there's the financial questions that come up. I am grateful that my office has a finance guy that I can send those questions to, and I can concentrate on finding you a home! I don't want to know whether you have paid all of your bills on time, that's a distraction to me. What I want to know is, what is it in a home that is going to make you come home from a hard day's work, put your feet up on the ottoman and say, "Now this is just what I was looking for!"
