Apparently the owner of this vehicle was at the courthouse paying for a speeding ticket or parking ticket...or maybe the owner ran out of gas...either one would probably affect my mood and could possibly make me GROUCHY.

Oh Wanda, That is a picture of my dads scout, oh that right he solded that to someone else. Sometimes the plate would fit him.
Oh Wanda~ That could have been my license plate this week. Lack of sleep makes me grouchy!
