Real Estate Agent with David Tracy Real Estate #555994

West Hidden Lake Lane in Richmond, Texas is a quite country subdivision. All the lots are the same size, 2.5 acres. Most homes are custom built.

As I rode to my clients property I noticed a woman running her horse in circles. I guess she was exercising him or training him for an event. I did not get a picture of the trainer but she was so friendly and waved to me as I passed by. This gesture reminded me of my home town where everyone is just so friendly and neighbors ARE neighbors. Horses are allowed in this subdivision and many families that live here do own them.

The unique thing about this property is that it is close to everything. Large stores such as Wal-Mart, Home Depot, etc.

This all electric subdivision is all on well-water and septic. Internet connections are available as this how this person contacted me.

There are many new small-lot and larger sized subdivisions being constructed in the area. This property is located off of Fulshear-Gaston Road.

So if you or someone you know is looking for a small town country feeling property, this is the one for you!

Sussie-There are lots of people here looking for more land than the typical suburban development provides too. Richmond is close enough to the big city without being in the big city to offer maybe the best of both worlds.

Now I can almost see the area. Your description speaks from the heart and tells me you truly know and love your community. It is rare to read about a new listing and actually experience being there.

Emily it is such a quiet area. If it doesn't sell the owner will not be upset. He lives next door on his own 2.5 acres. It's an awesome place for dogs and horses. I love to sit out on the porch and watch the evening come in :0)

Debbie -- Yes this is a new listing. I like the area, it's really quite and your dogs can roam free without encumbrance from what I can see.
