Happy New Year to everyone. 2008 is here! Like everyone, I am thankful for a fresh start. Maybe our network news will find good things to say about our industry this year. i am looking forward to them not scaring off my potential clients! Best of luck to all my fellow realtors in the comming year.

It is important that we contact as many people in all types of media and tell them the positive news. If they hear it from enough people, maybe we can turn this around.

Low rates, back to basics on home mortgage programs, good prices, buyer's market, etc.
