First Friday Art Walk in St. Augustine is always a good time. Each time I go, I wonder why I don't go more often. More than 20 galleries are open free to visitors from 5 to 9 pm on the first Friday of each month. The exhibits are always interesting and vary from gallery to gallery. Some of the stops provide light refreshments, and there are always many local establishments open for a bite to eat. If you've never been in St. Augustine for this event, plan your vacation to coincide. You'll enjoy the festive atmosphere and friendly locals.
