From 1/1/06 to 12/31/06 - 203 Homes Sold - Ave. Price $152,570 - Ave. Days On Market was 104
2006 saw a slight decline in the market for Charlestown Indiana. The number of homes sold dropped 9% from the previous year while the average price fell 2% as well. One bright note is that sellers needed less time to sell their homes going from 109 days in 2005 to only 104 days in 2006.
