We are working with a number of buyers right now, in addition to the listings we always carry.

Nick and Krissa bought a short sale condo. Because they were the last buyers of the condo, not the first, it was only 45 days from start to finish. The first couple on this condo had it under contract for over 10 months!

Here is the video of the closing process. The excitement of signing closing papers for your first home never fails to inspire me, even though I have been doing this for 31 years now.

It was even better because it was a beautiful sunny day in Kirkland, and the attorney’s office where the signing occurred has a terrific view of Lake Washington!

Enjoy the signing with Nick and Krissa. I had told them it would take a while, and they should make sure they understand everything they were signing. It did take 2 hours, and there were a LOT of papers to sign!.

My favorite comment of the entire time was Nick at the end when he was getting on the elevator. “I thought that went well” he said!
