Barbara, most folks think of our area as just Washington DC. We have it all...urban old and new, suburban and lots of country just 45 minutes from the White House.

My husband and I went to a derby party in Fairfax on Saturday...drove from WV...3.5 drive...stayed the night and returned home by 12 noon.  Northern Virginia has it all the country and the cities.
