One of the tenets of understanding kindness towards others in our relationships both personal and with co-workers and even strangers is
Don't Pick On People With Bad Hair Days.
It is when others make little mistakes, misplacing their keys, leaving the dome light on in the car and the battery drains, forgetting the jug of milk at the store, not being the PERFECT person the other expects ~ and any of us failing for that moment in time, WHAT HAPPENS TO THEM?
We pile on the criticism, the harshness, the anger, the infuriation if you will. This is so NOT GOOD. Relationships break up NOT over the big ELEPHANT differences so often but the cumulative little ants biting at your feet. The gnawing away at the MINOR things. If you truly care about someone, the relationship is MORE important than the annoyances, laugh them off, let them slide, keep your mouth shut. Rather be ok with the relationship than be right. Don't sweat the small stuff. Why? Cause if you look in the mirror on YOUR bad hair days you annoy them equally given a certain day or circumstances.
Don't be hurtful from frustration and verbally punishing.
