Dear Subscriber, This Is A Test

By
Real Estate Agent with United Real Estate SA542701000

Scottsdale RealtorDear Subscriber,

Beginning with my next new or updated listing you may will be seeing multiple posts for the same property,2,3,4, or more listing posts.

No I'm not trying to grab cheap points, not sure what good that would do anyway and I haven't lost my mind, well not completely, a little compulsive maybe.

I'll be experimenting with long tail keywords sets to see how different sets influence buyers and sellers.

Why am I doing this? Well ultimately I'm trying to learn how to better market listings for my sellers and to help buyers more easily find the properties that fit their needs and desires.

So when you see what appears to be the same listing posted over and over again just remember it's only a test.

I'll be happy to share any meaningful results. Wish me luck!

Nancy, good for you. I've thought of doing the same thing, then chicken out because I don't want to annoy or offend someone. Let me know how it goes.

Hi Michelle, I had the same concerns that's what prompted the post and I hope I can glean some worthwhile info to share.

Tammy, THANK YOU so much for helping me (via my husband Scott) with linking my social media icons in my signature block, I'm so happy with the final result.

Chris Ann, Thanks! I don't want to irritate anyone but I'm so curious to see what happens ;-)

Hi Nancy....I've been doing that for over 2 years....I also post my listings on my buyer's website; if it's new construction it also goes on my niche website; I always have 6 or 7 titles on the first page of a Google search for the address..... I use many different longtail keyword phrases.....I'll post active, pending and closed for all of our listings.....

Hi Barbara, I just learned about this in an SEO class and thought I'd give it a try. I should have known that if anyone on AR was already deep into this it would be you! Thanks for all the information you share.

Nancy, I can't wait to see this and hear of the results.  Post, post and re-post - whatever it takes to get the properties moved.  I doubt you'll offend anyone except the competition.  But, hey, there's enough business for everyone - you're just will to work harder.  You get 'em girl!!!!

Nancy - Top marketers always "split test" their messages. The real trick is in figuring out which version pulled in the results. It's easy to do for direct response marketers because their reply cards are coded.

Not quite so easy on line, unless you set up multiple autoresponders to capture names.

I'd love to hear what you're doing to measure your results.
