Real estate really is a local thing. And by local, one subdivision can be selling better than the one across the street! It could be the raod between them is the dividing line for a school district. Or one builder built a better quality than the other.
In condominium buildings, it could be the types of floor plans, the style of the building or even the location can be a few blocks in the right (or wrong) direction.
But I can tell you, price it right, have Seller's that are motivated and listen to what you tell them (honesty IS the best policy) and guess what happens.....
Now, we are on the hunt for their new home.....
