New fee
I'm curious to know what you guys think about the new fee in our listing agreement that use to be called admin fee but now due to legals is now called commission but we as agents do not get a cut of.

I'm hoping that's local to your Metro, Dorinda. In Maine the state laws changed last July and our listing agreement changed, but no admin fee.
