Video conferencing can be very useful when you’re dealing with an absentee owner or relocating buyers. Better than a phone call, video brings an added dimension to the conversation. Many people use Skype to stay in touch with long distance family and friends which makes it a very easy platform to use when you’d like to be face to face with a client but distance makes that impossible. I’ve even had clients who only live a mile away from me choose to Skype rather than have me come over to their house!
However, what do you do if you have an estate sale and need to do a video conference with multiple people in different locations? Skype only allows you to do 1 on 1 video conferencing for free. Check out www.Plus.Google.com. Google+ allows you to video conference with up to 9 people without a charge.
