My firm is not for everyone, but for 28 licensees, it is home. I have agents from Long Island to Rhinebeck but the majority are in Westchester County, where we do the bulk of our business. We have room for more agents who want to grow and help build the brand- in and outside of Westchester.
What sort of person do we seek?
- You don't do the cubicle thing.
- You can work in a virtual office environment-remotely from home or the road.
- You seek guidance and help sometimes but don't want your manager breathing down your neck.
- You aren't fulfilled where you are. That could mean that you want to get licensed or you want to change brokers.
- You genuinely care for your client's well being and put their interests ahead of your own.
- You are competent and want to improve.
What do we offer?
- Help in developing clientele.
- Help in managing, troubleshooting, and closing transactions.
- Help in creating a dynamite social media presence that generates business.
- Help on the fly.
- Fun, respect, and empowerment
We seldom do meetings and never do the rah rah thing. I don't ask for a granular accounting of every lead distributed because my agents are grownups who know how to follow up. And I would go crazy if I did anyway.
I am, however, available for my team. Answers, assistance, encouragement, administrative support, and transaction management are among the many benefits our team enjoys. We're a team. You aren't alone. We have two full time admins making sure no call, no email, and no detail is lost so you can focus on real estate.
Your split is your split. No fees, no deductions, no nickel and dime stuff taken out. And our split is very competitive. We have E & O coverage and a bunch of other stuff for our guys.
You don't have to be a high volume superstar. All production levels are welcome to inquire.
And for my fellow independent brokers, if you are tired or seeking to merge with a more sustainable model, call me. I truly believe we have the right formula, and the proof is in our growth: 28 agents strong and growing in spite of the market.
Questions? Call or email me. Or, better yet, call one of my agents. Hear it from them about how they feel about being here. Maybe you belong here too.
OH- before I forget: Ann makes the best lasagna, ever. :)
