Chris - Low and no cost.   I read that as free or almost free.  How could we not like that?

One of the biggest misconceptions is that a buyer broker agreement makes a traditional agent an exclusive buyers agent.  Exclusive Buyers Agents ONLY work in Buyer Agency Offices that never list property.  ALL other agents will have a conflict of interest if they show certain properties, except for the states that have "designated agency".

There are less than 1,000 Exclusive buyers agents in the US, less than 50 in the state of Florida.

Agency issues need to be handled carefully.  A buyer representation agreement is just like a seller listing...except more complicated...like when you have a buyer sign one and then want to show your office listings.
