I haven't done this in over a week because of the holidays & I celebrated a birthday during that time period so I've been rather busy. And yes I celebrated my 29th birthday for the 7th time. I hope everyone had a great holiday & is ready to put their noses to the grindstone. I know I'm excited about '08! We ended the year by picking up 3 new listings. Looks like business is really picking up for the new year. I would like to take this opportunity to say Happy New Year to everyone & good luck in '08. Sell,Sell,Sell!!!
