Sharon I love El Segundo it is one of those "missunderstood" places, because by the beach there are a lot of Oil Refineries:)

Ron If you did the 20% Downpayment it would be a money maker even if you lived in the house.

Suzanne if you do not want to "work' as a landlord, on the other hand if you replaced the current tenants and updated it than you would be making a lot more money
