In my opinion, the Delray Beach Real Estate Market continues to show that when homes are priced right, they sell.  There was an increase in total number of closed sales in Delray Beach this month over last.  Attached home prices increased slightly while single family home prices decreased this month over last.  

 

The chart below is based on information taken from the Multiple Listing Service and sold by various MLS participants. It does not include private sales or mobile homes. It is deemed accurate but not guaranteed or warranted. Here is the breakdown.

Hi Elyse!  Wow, lots of condo sales compared to detached homes in Delray Beach!  Have your DOM decreased at all from this time last year?  Our market in the Lafayette area has shifted back to a positive market with increase median/averages for sure this spring!  Hope the same holds true for your market in Delray Beach and Boca Raton.
