This property is located in Moreno Valley, CA. Nice 1600 square foot, single
story home with 2 loans.
The first is with B of A and the 2nd is with Green Tree. We started out on this one where the seller was attempting to get HAFA Approval. This property was not his primary residence so the bank turned him down.
But we managed to get the bank to approve it as a Cooperative Short Sale which is an alternative program offered by B of A for those homeowners that do not qualify for HAFA. Instead of $3000 relocation assistance offered by HAFA, we got them $2500. Yes. You heard me correctly. Not owner occupied but the bank will give my client $2500.
We close on this one in a couple weeks. Cash buyer. Happy Seller...Happy Buyer...Life is Good.
