Does Call Capture work in your Real Estate Market?

Having worked with these automated response and scripted call capture programs, the filters and screens we put in place still did not eliminate the buyers or sellers willing to raise their hands in willingness to engage in dialogue. Many who did were not able, or their timelines were far off the mark for most response and follow up systems that most of us deploy. I have heard of several pipeline and customer follow up systems that are more proactive vs. reactive, but to date have not found any of them that are cost beneficial, or that provide better client conversions from prospects that many other lead generation programs and larger banks or real estate companies employ through MLS and Realtor.com. I was hoping to get some ideas and comments out there for some of you in "Rainland" who have utilized some of these pipeline conversion programs that have worked.... or not worked for the money spent.
