April Property sales were 33, up 57.1% from 21 in April of 2011 and 37.5% higher than the 24 sales last month. April 2012 sales were at their highest level compared to April of 2011 and 2010. April year-to-date sales of 93 are running 3.3% ahead of last year's year-to-date sales of 90.

The Median Sales Price in April was $194,850, down -8.5% from $213,000 in April of 2011 and up 3.9% from $187,450 last month. The Average Sales Price in April was $215,977, up 7.5% from $200,896 in April of 2011 and up 11.1% from $194,365 last month. The April 2012 Average Sales Price was at a mid range compared to April of 2011 and 2010.

The Total Inventory of Properties available for sale as of April was 148, up 13.8% from 130 last month and up 20.3% from 123 in April of last year. April 2012 Inventory was at highest level compared to April of 2011 and 2010. The Average Days On Market for April was 39, down -33.9% from 59 days last month and down -38.1% from 63 days in April of last year. The April 2012 Average Days On Market was at its lowest level compared with April of 2011 and 2010.
