My name is Karen Rittenhouse. I am a real estate investor in Greensboro, North Carolina (and the surrounding areas).

My husband and I have been buying and selling real estate as investors full-time since 2005. In that time, we have worked with well over 300 single family homes. We now coach and train others how to do exactly what we do.

Why invest? Owning real estate is a fast and secure way to create a continuous income stream for your retirement. If you own only 5 rental properties and pay them off by the time you retire, they should conservatively generate $1000-$2000 per month income EACH.

Currently we buy, sell, renovate, manage, wholesale, lease option, and rent single family residences all over the Triad area of North Carolina. I don’t recommend you do as much as we do (unless you want to, of course); owning and managing only a handful of your own properties is all that’s needed for a very nice consistent income stream.
