La Jolla homes Neptune Condo re-model before and after, San Diego, what a wonderful place to live

Hi Sharon,  Yeah, isn't that cool.  I can appreciate it so much because I've been in the unit a lot before and then throughout the demolition and re-model.  You young girl at Isalnd Architects in La Jolla has terrific design taste and Tony Crisafi, the architect and I really click when it comes to conceptualizing how to redesign space.  I designed all the houses I built so I'm very comfortable with that.  A lot of people in La Jolla re-model since building new is not an option (very little anyway) so I see tons of great ideas in peoples homes.  It's amazing how inventive people and their architects can be  Derk

Hi NIS,  Thanks, but I was the Buyers agent on this one (and re-model facilitator).  When I initially showed it to my Buyer he loved the location, the price was okay, but it was original and that, as you can see from how his re-model turned out, was NOT what he wanted.  So I did what my Dad (Broker in Chcago) used to do - I started talking about how it could be changed and improved.  And the result is in the video

Hi Kathy,  That's what the Buyer thought too, the view is the best.  It trumped his reluctance to get into a long drawn out re-model.  But, I think he enjoyed the whole process and the results show a lot of his input.
