Did you know that we have a Spanish Speaking Team?  Anytime a lead comes in from a Spanish speaking buyer, we send it to our Spanish Speaking Team to make sure we communicate more effectively.  We have you covered on this emerging market of minorities and immigrants that are fueling the demand for homeownership and especially in our region.  Minorities (including Hispanics) will account for nearly 2/3 of the growth in the number of households over the next decade and 1/3 of the population by 2010 according to Fannie Mae.  In addition to knowing the Spanish language, our team also understands their culture and the issues they face in securing home ownership, etc. which can make these transactions smooth and easy for you!

Make sure that you explain to prospects that we have a Spanish Speaking Team so that the financing will be easy for them to understand.  All the documents that they must sign will be printed in English per HUD requirements, but we will make sure that everything is understood for them as best as we can.
