Johnson County High Yesterday was the commencement ceremony for 156 students at Johnson County High School in Mountain City Tennessee.  It started promptly at 10:am and was a delight for the many family and friends who attended.   Tears were flowing from moms and students , cheers exploded as the final student accepted her diploma.  It was truly a delight to watch, and pulled at my personal heartstrings as I watched my niece, Samantha Rae Reece, take a new step into her future.  Congratulations graduates!!

I have such great memories of high school, and graduation...my hubby is  a teacher so I am sure this year is especially nostalgic for him!

Hi Kristin,

Me too!!! Does your husband teach high school?  If he does, I bet this is a bittersweet time.
