On the Level or On the Fence? 
With the good weather and low interest rates right now it is a wise buyer who goes out to look for a home. Want that big house? When prices and interest rates go up - that house will be just a dream.
We are seeing lots of activity in Prince William County with our good prices, great schools and ability to go East, West, North and South with our major road systems.
While driving to work I heard a comment on the radio that interest rates will be staying low for at least another year. Sounds good and maybe the buying community will think this means they can wait to buy. Unfortunately there is the other end of this see/saw - with inventory low the prices are sure to go up. It takes just a few comparables at a higher price to set the mark for the home you want. Why wait! Call me and let's go find that home you have always wanted!
BUYERS - Spring is here - be that early bird and get the worm (I mean home!) or you don't want to be heard saying "OH, NO, why didn't I buy a house sooner!"
